Return Process

  Access our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security seals and Pierre Cardin branding elements are intact to maintain garment integrity.

  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the exterior of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives your return, we will perform a quality check and process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
